"The Happy Prince" is a performance-musical play based on the fairy tale by Oscar Wilde. The main characters - a richly decorated statue of the Prince and the Swallow - selflessly sacrifice themselves for the needy and for each other. The gradual destruction of the image of the "happy" prince is expressed by the phased rejection of parts of his own musical instrument and, as a result, the reduction of expressive means in the part.
